Petryka's RD Fabric®, our best kept secret!

RD Fabric® ("Repellent Dye Fabric") is a replacement product and therefore requires no need for technical support or any special training regarding its use. It is designed to be used in the printing sector on all existing printing machines, without any alterations to the construction principles of the machine which are ordinarily used. RD Fabric® ensures the elimination of the risk of smudging of still humid sheets during printing operations, thereby increasing the quality of the result. The longevity of RD Fabric® can exceed 2 million printings, at a very competitive price.

RD Fabric® is specially woven and treated in order to obtain elasticity, allowing freshly printed sheets to advance without any risk of friction due to the rotation of cylinders.

Repellent dye fabric may be placed onto all existing transfer cylinders or drums of the delivery chains of sheet-fed offset presses. It is attached using Velcro strips which surround the existing transfer cylinders on the inside section of the delivery drums.
